Return & Refund Policy


Prices

All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars, and are subject to change without notice, and EXCLUDES GST.

Harachair is a tax registered business (ABN 4214 5238 688) and will provide a tax invoice with all goods sold. The shopping cart will display the total (inc GST) price. Your order confirmation email will also show the inc-GST total, and you will receive a Tax Invoice-compliant invoice from us with your delivery.


Delivery

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes (no deliveries on weekends). Our couriers cannot phone prior to delivery, and someone will need to be present to accept the delivery during business hours.

If items are in stock (excluding chairs and desks), the delivery times are as follows:
Major Metropolitan cities (NSW): 2~3 business days
Other States: 5-7 business days
International: 7~12 business days
We require a contact phone number and email address for all deliveries.
Once your order has been shipped, we send an e-mail with the tracking information for your order.


Returns & Refund

At Harachair, we strive to provide the most up-to-date information on our products to allow you to make the most informed decision before you make your purchase.
Unfortunately, No return policy will be applied if you do make an incorrect choice or change of mind.

You must inspect the Product(s) on delivery or collection. If the product you receive is faulty/dead on arrival or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days and you will receive either a full refund (including any freight costs) or product exchange (refunds and exchanges are upon approval and only after damaged goods have been inspected).
We will not refund the delivery fee where the Product has been delivered to you, unless you are returning a Product because it was damaged.

Please keep your invoice for proof of purchase. Please do not send any return/exchange products to Harachairs prior to contacting us for approval.


Warranty

If products are purchased from Harachairs.com.au and there is a fault during the warranty period of THREE YEARS that is attributable to manufacturing defect, the parts are replaced or repaired for the original purchaser only. Warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not cover damage to goods caused by customers, or normal wear and tear.

If a product of this type arrives damaged or defective, you have 7 days to return it for replacement.

 


Payment

We currently accept payment by:

a. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, direct debit, or Afterpay for orders placed in Popup store(s); and
b. Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay and After Pay for orders placed online.



Privacy Policy

Harachairs respects the privacy of our customers.

We do not collect personal information about you if you only browse this website.

We will only use any information you provide to us to process your purchases and to confirm orders. However we may also at times contact you to inform you of any product updates, special deals, or promotions.

Harachair will never divulge your personal details to a third party without first consulting you AND receiving your consent.
